COVID-19 Personal Accountability Commitment for the Annual Meeting

The American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and its Foundation (AAO-HNS/F) requires full COVID-19 vaccination of all participants of the 2022 Annual Meeting & OTO Experience in order to provide the highest level of safety in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As part of the entry requirements for the Annual Meeting, all participants must provide proof of vaccination to enter. PCR negative tests will not be accepted. Please plan to bring your vaccination card or a photo of your vaccination card with you to Philadelphia.
By attending our 2022 Annual Meeting & OTO Experience, you agree to abide by and engage in certain health and safety beneficial conduct while attending the event. This includes, but is not limited to, showing proof of vaccination, potentially wearing a mask at all times in public areas (per any local guidelines), engaging in appropriate physical distancing and not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.
