Shuttle Bus Service to and from the LACC

AAO-HNS/F has made it easy to travel between host hotels and the LACC.

An official AAO-HNSF shuttle pass is required for outbound service. Shuttle bus pass can be obtained in registration.

SPECIAL SERVICES

Saturday 10/2, President’s Reception at Xbox Plaza: Service will be provided from all official shuttle hotels to Xboz Plaza from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, every 20-30 minutes. Return service will be provided back to all official shuttle hotels from 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm, every 30 minutes. Please Note: No service required for walking distance hotels.

Monday 10/4, Worst Case Scenarios: Service will be provided from LACC, South Hall to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (8700 Beverly Blvd., Los Angeles) departing at 10:00 am. Return service will be provided back to LACC, South Hall at 4:00 pm.

For hotel shuttle information or ADA transportation call/text 1-401-824-4787. Please note that this phone number is active during shuttle times and 30 minutes prior and post scheduled times. Please request ADA service at least 30 minutes in advance of desired pick up time.
